We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For churches in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, we also support Paystack for local payment methods.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time from your church admin settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for yearly billing?

Yes! Yearly billing saves you approximately 17% compared to monthly billing. For example, Growth is $1/month or $10/year (saving $2).

We also offer free one-on-one virtual training sessions for churches to ensure a smooth onboarding experience — from initial setup to getting your members comfortable with every feature.

What happens if I exceed my member limit?

We provide a 10% grace buffer above your plan limit. If you consistently exceed it, we'll notify you to upgrade. We never lock out existing members.

If you need something beyond what's available, our Enterprise plan lets you work directly with our development team — tell us exactly what you need, and our programmers will build it for your church.
